Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young—a place near your altar, O LORD Almighty, my King and my God. Psalm 84:3

Epcot: Food and Wine

This year Epcot's Food and Wine festival all the kids tried the food! WOW! Each country had a station set up with the most yummy food. We "visited" Latin America via Santiago, Chile and had Shrimp with Cilantro Salsa, next Buenos Aires, Argentina and had Grilled Beef with Chimichurri Sauce, finally Mexico City, Mexico and had Quesadilla con Chorizo and a visit with Donal Duck!
After a short walk to Bologna, Italy the kids had the Sausage Pizza while we had Spicy Tuna Rolls from Tokyo, Japan. Next we were off to Louisiana for Crawfish Etouffee. Lyon, France we all sampled Escargot Persillade en Brioche and Milk Chocolate Creme Brulee. But our favorite foods were found in San Juan, Puerto Rico! Mofongo and Plantain and Beef Casserole was a crowd pleaser for our nest!

In between all the countries we visited Pearsville where the kids posed as giant pears. We learned if you feed a sheep green pears for one year their wool will turn green!

Sal and Nick are "Fairy Pears", Vinny is "Captain Bartlet Pear" and Kelli was "Bose Bear Pear"
