We celebrated 14 years together on April 18th

Pie Man

Boys vs Girls during First Baptist Church VBS this year. Danger was lurking for the boys who were way behind in Penny Wars until tonight! The boys pulled ahead and all Tribal Boy Leaders were to pie their Tribal Girl Leader.
This was exciting for Nicholas he was the leader for 6 & 7 year olds! He had his pie, ready to aim and smash it into the girl leader.... UNTIL he realized the leader was his friend!

My Soul Survivors

Danger was all around them this year at VBS, but Nicci's Nester were Soul Survivors on this Island. With places like Shipwreck Point (Psalm 121:2), Big Shadow Cave (Psalm 56:3), Quicksand Cove (Psalm 86:7) Hot Rock Volcano (Psalm 46:1) and Boggy Swamp (Psalm 56:11) how couldn't they survive!

My Rockstars...

Another great week of VBS! The kids had a great time being Rockstars for Jesus! Thanks Grace Family for a fun time.

After a week long VBS themed "The Greatest Show on Earth" our clowns enjoyed White City Baptist carnival. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Gems Girls

Kelli and Emma joined GEMS this year with girlfriend Gwen. This week all three girls recieved their GEMS badges for 2010.

Hip Hop Honey

Nicholas had his class Easter party and egg hunt today! I was so excited to be able to spend the day with him and his school friends.

Jesus Loves Me

Nicholas had an Easter concert at school. His teacher asked the class to dress handsomely for boys and beautifully for girls. Nick had his AC/DC vest and tie all picked out. He is pretty handsome if you ask me!

Nicholas was excited to be close to his teacher Ms Laura, she joked with Nick that he was so serious while singing with his class and sang his part very loudly with his partner!

I came to school, it was big and new

My teacher helped me, learn how to be

A good friend to others like Jesus is to me.

Nicholas and good friend Eli have enjoyed school so much this year and so have I!
