Summer vacation is finally here! Nicholas completed Kindergarten with straight S's, Kelli won Young Authors for her 2nd grade class, Sal rocked 2nd grade with straight E's and 99% on SAT 10, Emma passed 3rd grade and scored 3's on FCATS and Vinny completed 4th grade with all A's, two B's and FCAT scores of 4's, Nicci's Nest thought a magical way to start summer break and reward for a great school year was a trip to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT!
Our country boys...
Growing Up Garcia invited our family to visit Camp Garcia in South Carolina. All the kids 'hunted' for rabbits and checked out Ethan's turkey. We had mixed reviews if Nicci's Nest will ever go camping with Growing Up Garcia. Kelli was quick to point out there were perfectly good hotels in town!

The Natural History Museum had many spots where "Night of the Museum" was filmed!
We pretended to be eaten... some of us where better pretending then others!
Sal thought his hair resembled a porcipine :-D
We also visited the American History Museum and Castle!
The National Zoo for Easter, instead of eggs we had....
Lions and Tigers and Panda Bears! Oh My!
Vinny loved the aviary and came face to face with a Spoonbill.
Sal and Nick found the monkeys very cool!

The children enjoyed their winter vacation from school, our favorite spot was the Tampa Aquarium.
The Tampa Aquarium had so many fish we had never seen before!
