Off to another Disney adventure! This time Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios on Sunday, March 30. We had a late start because one of our family members was left at the breakfast table back at the hotel. No not one of the kids...but Mr Quackers! About half way to MK Nicholas and I realized Quackers was not in the car. Now as some of you may know this is the second time Quack-Quack has taken off on his own. First time was in Alabama at Target where I was frantically calling for an Amber Alert. Amanda did calmly find Mr Quackers at the women's fitting room since a nice Alabamian turned Quack-Quack in. Sad for us this is not Alabama, this is Orlando and I was sure our vacation was over with the loss of Quackers. We ran back to the hotel lobby where Mr Quackers was posed on the chair eating breakfast. Thankfully we always stay at this hotel and we had a safe return! Since Nicholas was traumatized over this notice Quack-Quack is in every picture! We love taking the boat over to Magic Kingdom rather then the monorail. The kids got to see some ducks out in the water. We went on the Huck Finn/Tom Sawyer riverboat and went exploring for the first time. The kids loved the barrel bridge which Ed made sure was extra bouncy!
We went on almost every ride since there was no lines and still had time to hit another park. We left MK and headed to Downtown Disney to House of Blues for lunch. Since this is Orlando tourist town of the south, we where asked to take a picture at the front door. Hello we have been at Disney for 6hrs we look like what the cat dragged in. Once we finished eating House of Blues offered up our pictures for $20.00! Needless to say the pictures stayed there. After lunch we went to Hollywood Studios where Vinny, Sal and Kelli had to go on Star Wars for the first time which bothered Nick, so next we had to go over to the stunt show where Nick got the last laugh at Vinny, Sal and Kelli for getting all wet on the ride!
Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young—a place near your altar, O LORD Almighty, my King and my God. Psalm 84:3
